Fiona is a global corporate affairs and marketing professional with 30 years’ experience working in financial services, public sector, tech, HR and recruitment organisations in Australia, the UK and Asia. She was most recently APAC Head of Corporate Communications and Head of Marketing, Australia for Indeed the world’s no.1 job site. Her previous roles have included Global Director of Corporate Affairs at Aviva Investors and Head of Executive Communications at Standard Chartered Bank. She began her career as an executive in the financial services division of Macquarie Bank.
During her time in London, Fiona also managed her own consulting business, providing strategic advice to global asset management, insurance and hedge fund companies on brand building, reputation and issues management, agenda setting and thought leadership. In 2012, she established the Asia business of executive search firm Taylor Bennett Heyman in Singapore, specialising in corporate communications roles.
Fiona has extensive experience building corporate narratives and working with spokespeople to bring the corporate story to life through internal and external communications. She is particularly skilled at coaching senior executives to improve their performance in media interviews, panel discussions and speaker events.
During her tenure at Aviva Investors, Fiona was voted one of the UK’s top in-house corporate communicators by Corp Comms magazine.

Nic has worked in senior asset management marketing and communications roles for more than 25 years across Europe, the UK, Asia and Australia for companies such as Fidelity (Senior Marketing Associate, Europe), American Express (Director, Global Marketing), Aviva Investors (SVP, Marketing and Communications APAC), Neuberger Berman (SVP, Head of Marketing EMEA) and IFM Investors (Global Director of Marketing and Communications).
Nic has deep experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and integrated campaigns that encompass brand management, digital, events management, sponsorship, social media and corporate communications. Working alongside business development, rather than in a marketing silo, Nic’s focus on delivery and measurement helps to build sales and grow businesses. Nic brings his in-house experience to bear in working with clients to build marketing platforms that work on a consistent, repeatable and scalable basis through rigorous planning, skilled project management and getting the right tools and the right suppliers in place. A secret techie at heart, Nic moves effortlessly from the hands-on detail to the big picture strategy.
Nic has an in-depth understanding of multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments and is adept at working across cultures. He is fluent in English, French and German with advanced Italian and Spanish.
Nic holds a bi-national masters degree in Economics and Marketing from Metz University (France) and Saarbrucken University (Germany).
